All orders placed are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days - Monday to Friday.

The Postal charge is based on the total weight of the parcel:


Standard - 2nd Class Post (delivery normally 3-5 days)
Up to 2kg - £2.99
Over 2kg - £7.00* [please note: we may upgrade to Courier Service depending on total weight of parcel].

FREE Postage [for UK] on orders over £50

First Class Post (delivery normally 1-3 days)
Up to 1.5kg - £3.99
Up to 2kg £7.00* [please note: we may upgrade to Courier Service depending on total weight of parcel].

* Channel Islands Above 2Kg - £12.50.

Courier / Special Delivery (Next Working Day*)
Up to 1kg - £8.95. We use a Courier Service and Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on weight.
* The working week is Monday to Friday (Parcels sent on Friday will be delivered Monday).

Please note due to restrictions this service is only available for England, Wales and most of Scotland.

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the post person should leave written information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. Please be aware: these slips of confirmation are usually reported as being discarded as junk mail. Or, not left at all! If you do not collect your parcel within the post office's specified time frame [usually 7-14 days] the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery. You will have to pay the postage costs incurred in re sending the parcel.

We are unable to accept P.O. Box numbers as a delivery address.

National & International Regulations governing Carriage of Mail: Unfortunately due to the implementation of the new regulations Nail Polish (varnish), Perfume, eau de toilette & Aftershave are only available to UK customers only as international shipping is now prohibited. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Lost or Delayed Orders:
Royal Mail will only consider a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders.

Please allow 14 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries. However, if your parcel still hasn’t arrived, there are a few quick steps that may be advisable to take first before contacting us. It is always a good idea to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them – this is generally the normal thing to do, also, check any safe areas the post person may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage, porch or outbuildings. Finally, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn't with a neighbour or another member of your household, please email us at stating the order number (which can be found on your transaction confirmation email) and we will investigate further.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at the checkout stage is incorrect or incomplete and as such we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Please Note: we only use 100% recyclable packaging materials. We also re-use the packaging we receive from our suppliers. We always take great care when packaging your order to ensure its safe arrival.

Packaging Products:
Un-bleached (Brown) postal boxes: High quality rigid flute corrugated board boxes provide strength and protection.

Biodegradable Loose fill: The naturally friendly packaging material that is 100% biodegradable and manufactured from annually renewable sources (Corn). Water soluble. Fully compostable, if you pour water onto it, you can actually see it disappear.

Paper carton packing tape: Produced from a silicone free paper with a natural adhesive.

The 100% paper padded Jiffy bags: The bag is padded with macerated paper fibres that protect and cushion your products from damage. Rugged: Tough, puncture and tear resistant, the bag is covered in a strong 90gsm kraft paper. Secure: Double glued bottom flaps prevents bursting.

All orders are dispatched from the UK. Customers in the Channel Islands & outside of the EU are responsible for any import and customs duties.
